I spent 5 years as a Senior Onboarding Specialist at Jobber, where I onboarded over 2,000 home service businesses — from solo operators going digital for the first time to multi-crew operations managing hundreds of jobs a month. I've seen every workflow, every pain point, and every way software can go wrong when it's set up by someone who doesn't understand the business.

That experience taught me two things: first, that the right software configured properly is transformational for a business. Second, that most of the admin work around client management can be eliminated entirely with AI.

So I started building. I designed and built KAOS — an autonomous AI system that handles post-call CRM entry, email drafting, meeting prep, portfolio monitoring, and proactive client outreach. Then KOBE — a full-stack intelligence platform with an embedded AI assistant that manages client data, sessions, and action items through natural language.

Both systems are in production, running every day, handling real client portfolios, real Salesforce data, real transcripts, and real follow-ups. They're not demos. They're the proof that this works.

Now I bring that same combination — deep operational expertise + AI development capability — to home service businesses and teams who need their tech to actually work. I'm not a consultant who delivers slide decks. I'm a builder who ships working systems.
