What You Get in Week 1

A working system, not a half-built shell

Most setup consultants hand you a half-configured platform and a stack of training videos. We finish the job. By Friday of Week 1, you can take a call, schedule the job, dispatch it, complete it, collect payment, and have it sync into QuickBooks — without touching anything outside the new system.

Day 1
Discovery + workflow map

We walk your current process end to end — from first call to deposit hitting the bank. Every step gets mapped to a screen in your new platform.

Days 2-4
Core configuration

Services, price book, tax codes, payment processor, calendar rules, automated client communication, QuickBooks sync. Nothing left as a default.

Day 5
Data migration + validation

Customers, properties, job history, invoices, payments imported and reconciled. We test 10 random records by hand to make sure nothing is silently broken.

Days 6-7
Training sessions

Three roles, three sessions: owner (reporting + strategy), office (intake + dispatch), field (mobile app + checkout). Recorded so new hires can re-watch.

What operators ask before hiring us

How long does Jobber, ServiceTitan, or Housecall Pro setup take?+

For most owner-operators on Jobber or Housecall Pro, end-to-end setup takes 5-10 business days from kickoff to your first job booked in the new system. ServiceTitan typically runs 2-4 weeks because of the price book depth and dispatch board configuration. A migration from another platform adds 2-5 days depending on data quality. The Quick Fix Session ($100/hr) is the right path if you only need a specific feature unlocked, not a full build.

Can you migrate my existing customer and job history from another platform?+

Yes. We've migrated from Jobber → ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro → Jobber, QuickBooks-only setups → Workiz, and a dozen other paths. Customers, properties, job history, invoices, and payment history transfer cleanly. What rarely transfers: file attachments, custom fields without an exact match, and platform-specific automations. We give you a written data audit before the migration so you know exactly what moves and what needs a workaround.

Do you work with single-truck operators or only multi-truck companies?+

Both. About 60% of our setup work is single-truck or 2-3 truck operations, and the same playbook scales up. The biggest difference is which platform we recommend: Housecall Pro and Jobber tend to fit owner-operators better, ServiceTitan tends to make sense once you're past 8-10 trucks. We'll tell you on the discovery call if your size doesn't justify the spend.

What's the difference between a $500 audit and a $1,500 setup?+

The $500 AI Workflow Audit is diagnostic — we map what you have, identify what's broken, and hand you a written roadmap with priorities. You implement it (or don't). The $750-$1,500 Full Setup Package is execution: we build the system, migrate the data, train your team, and stay on for post-launch support. Most operators do the audit first if they're not sure they need the full build.

Will my technicians need retraining?+

Yes, and we plan for it. The mobile-app session is a dedicated 60-90 minute call with your field crew — usually done at the end of a workday so it doesn't cut into billable hours. We cover check-in, photo upload, customer signature, payment collection, and the three or four edge cases that always come up (signal-dead zones, deposit handling, callbacks). Most techs are productive in the new app within 2-3 jobs.

Do you handle ongoing support after the setup is done?+

Two paths. The Full Setup Package includes 30 days of post-launch support — questions, adjustments, "this isn't doing what I thought it would." After that, the $250-$500/mo Monthly Support keeps a direct line open for new feature rollouts, seasonal adjustments, and new-hire training. Most operators stay on it for the first 6 months, then move to ad-hoc.

What if I outgrow this setup and need automation on top?+

That's the natural next step — and it's what our Automate pillar is built for. Once your platform is configured cleanly, layering Zapier, Make, or n8n on top is straightforward.
